As many of
you already know, Cold Spring is a quaint 19th century Victorian village situated on the "banks of the Hudson River"
in Putnam County, New York and home to the very popular Cold Spring Antiques Show. Main Street is lined with many antiques
shops, specialty shops, and great restaurants. Easily accesible by car or Metro-North train and is only 1 hour from midtown
Manhattan and Bergen County, NJ.
The 2010 COLD SPRING RIVER FESTIVAL was
held on Sunday, July 18th and was a huge success.
Promoted by David Cooke, best known for his popular Cold Spring Antiques Show (www.ColdSpringAntiqueShow.com), this annual event in Cold Spring was a big success, bringing between 2,500 - 3,000 visitors from NYC, its
suburbs and northern New Jersey.
It featured art & crafts vendors selling their
handmade items which included jewelry, glass, art, pottery, photography etc. Also featured were antiques dealers
offering a mixed array of furniture, glass & china, paintings, silver, porcelain, collectibles etc.
